More than healthy eating – DGD anti-cancer diet – cleaning

„Does the anti-cancer diet exist ? In connection to the ecological report “Go green. Polish people and ecology” prepared by the DUKA brand I was invited to comment the questions as one of the experts.

This year as part of the project 1800 consumers were surveyed and many interesting and sometimes surprising results were obtained concerning the attitude towards ecology, nutrition, ways of shopping or opinions on initiatives and ecological actions.

The whole report will have its premiere during the press conference of DUKA in June in Warsaw, however we already publish some questions and DrGrace’s commentary.

GOGREEN: Only 10 Polish people claim that they live ecologically. In the scale from one to six we judge ourselves to be 3,8, however in comparison with other countries we are 3,59. Can we say that we have a lot to learn ?

DRGRACE: Of course ! First of all, we must learn that our health and environment we live in depend on our choices and actions. We began our eco education much later than e.g. the Scandinavian countries or other countries of the Western Europe. Nowadays, thanks to communication we can follow the trends faster than in the past, so everything that is missing is willingness and time.

GO GREEN: When asked, the Polish people indicate the emission of pollutants as a threat to the natural environment. It is also the polluted air that is noticed by them every day. In what way can an individual improve this situation ?

DRGRACE: The pollution of the environment is caused by many factors. One person can influence the quality of air mostly by choosing a right heating and fuel for the heating system. Unfortunately, burning waste and plastic is normal also in the health resorts. If we showed people the films picturing the illnesses caused by the pollution and damaging the planet, then the awareness of the society would rise and it would be easier to protect our environment, but unfortunately such documents are broadcasted after 11 p.m… Also the neutralization of the electromagnetic smog influences the burning of gases and their release into the atmosphere.

The modern life in the urban agglomerations is so far away from the nature that our body cannot accept it. Stress, lack of physical activity, small amount of drunk water, improper nourishment, growing number of fumes, electromagnetic smog and noise cause the decrease of efficiency, lack of vitality, mental and physical exhaustion leading to many disturbances and diseases.

Each living organism is made of cells. An average man has 80-100 billion of them. The state of the body depends on the proper performance of these smallest “living bricks”. In the 90s the WHO (World Health Organisation) approved the new theory of health and disease stating that each disease begins on the cell level. Health and welfare are kept by the continuous process of the body regeneration. All that disrupts it leads to the systematical destruction of cells, so the premature aging and diseases. The recent studies confirm that the more toxins we gave in our bodies, the harder it is to transmit information, transport nutrients and the cells are renewed much slower. There is a strict correlation between the quality and quantity of the drunk water and our health and energy.

The body is a system of precise chemical and biological reactions based on the extraordinary properties of water. In the human organism it has the role of a solvent, diluents and catalyst. It creates a system of transport, supply all the cells in the necessary nutrients and collects toxins. What is more, it is an ingredients of all the body fluids, is of a key importance to keep appropriate body temperature and additionally it is the information carrier, what has been forgotten over centuries.

The body of a newborn child is made up of 95% of water, the body of an adult of 75% and of the older people only of 65% – 50%. With age we have less water and energy, however there are more toxins and health problems. With lack of water in our cells the bad reactions grow. Unfortunately, the rules of nature are inevitable, for the proper metabolic processes we need a crystal clean, highly energetic water.

At the same time almost everyone drinks too little water. The modern civilization caused the mass access to liquids that do not always hydrate our bodies. The dark tea, coffee, beer, artificial juice, sweet colored drinks, processed milkshakes, ice-cream ad other “treats” usually dehydrate us instead of supplying our cells. Remember that blood is made up of 95% of water, liver of 80% and the brain of 75% so it is easy to imagine how hard our organs work in order to keep the homeostasis. Already with a small lack of water we may fell weak, anxious, have a headache, pressure pulses and constipations. The longer shortages of water disrupt the functioning of the nervous system, circulation, pancreas, kidney and liver performance as well as the skin problems. Only 2% of the water shortage in cells may cause the loss of 20% of the body energy.

For thousands of years water has had a central role in legends, myths and fairytales. Already the ancient people associated it with the magic and worshipped it as the cradle of life. For years the mystical rituals and celebrations were connected to purifying and transmitting vital energy and in many religions with baptism and initiation. Water was associated with magical significance, the places where it gushed were considered sacred. People believed that they contain energy and are perfect foundations for building temples.

20th century was dedicated to the study of chemistry. From school we know that water is the most precious substance, a chemical compound consisting of two atoms of hydrogen and one atom of oxygen and a simple chemical formula H2O. Since the time when it was ripped of the mysticism we assimilated it with different substances that may be treated instrumentally. Perceiving it that way for years the specialists have begun to preserve it artificially, chemically and mechanically and to clean it using the newest technologies. As a result in the highly developed countries where there is seemingly plenty of water, we usually drink only water of low quality, chemically treated and energetically dead.

In the times of the current studies many world experts think that the 21st century will belong to the water physics, neglected until this day. The researches on biology and quantum physics from the last 20 years are a proof that everything continuously vibrates in the universe.

In the nature there is a constant communication of vibrations and the absorption takes place not only on the chemical, but also on the electrical level. According to the scientists, the human body does 570 billion of vibrations per second. At the same time any part of the body on the level of elementary particles (quantum) functions separately. The changes in the organism happen so soon because in one year we change over 90% of the whole matter.

The significance of changes in our body makes us believe that a man is not a constant massive structure at all, but a perfect chemical combine in which we can notice constant reactions controlled by the flowing information pattern. The physical and mental states depend on the processes of those reactions. At the same time only 25% of the body is a constant matter and 75% is water. On average, one particle of proteins falls on 10000 particles of water in a human body. The last years made the researchers realize that it is water that is the best carrier of information, a channel that lets the vital energy transmission in the exchange between the cells. Well, health depends on the harmonious energy processes in the body and its cycle depends on the quantity and quality of water. Each disharmony disrupts our functioning making us feel unwell, sometimes leading to diseases and pain.

Intuitively by appreciating water our ancestors kept it in the wonderful oval jugs, vases, amphorae made of the most precious materials and ceramics with a big quantity of silicon. In those times the water was extracted directly from a stream or a well. In the ancient Rome water was flowing in the long, curvy aqueducts made of wood and stone, which ensured its free flow, in Crete the waterworks were built out of the ceramic conical and appropriately combined segments which let preserve the primeval energy according to its origin.

Over time the canals and closure of the water in simple pipes, which were many kilometers long in a straight line, disrupted the natural structure and limited access of air. The studies conducted at university in Vienna showed that currently in the pipes under pressure (3-9 bars) 98% of all the households have energetically dead water. The information structures are destroyed, however the content of oxygen is much lower than in the natural environment.

Currently thanks to the sanitary controls the water in the water networks is hygienically clean, but it doesn’t mean that it is healthy. The water companies ensure that the drinking water does not contain higher amounts of toxins than it is acceptable. However it is not a guaranty of staying healthy and feeling well.

The growing air and food pollution diminishes the tolerance of the organism to the water contamination and it is the other way round. According to the research conducted by WHO, 80% of the modern civilization diseases is connected the quality of the drinking water.

For a long time boiling water is not enough and a necessity is the cleansing equipment, such as good carbon-ceramic filters, osmosis filters and distillers, etc. The water cleansed in this way is pure, but dead.

The scientific experiments showed that cleansed chemically contaminated water still emits the electromagnetic waves with length characteristic for the removed substances. It means that the water doesn’t contain the chlorine, cadmium, lead, aluminum, etc., but the vibration stays. It turns out that removing the mechanical and chemical pollution in the water is not enough – it was necessary to return its proper electromagnetic information of the “natural water”.

The proper “natural water” with an original structure is this that we meet in the icebergs, pure rivers, clean lakes. In the natural environment water is subjected to the magnetic field of the earth, solar radiation, moon. It flows through different rocks, dances with a wind, foams, rotates, falls. The constant movement and all the factors influence its renewal. Then water carries enormous amounts of energy and information which are passed down to all the living organisms. It can protect itself and, as the biologists say, it has its own immune system.

The works of many scientists from 20th century prove that water deprived of energy or poor synthetically does not contain any ordered structures. However water which is very valuable in terms of energy has a crystal, so-called hexagonal structure. After freezing it creates beautiful crystals (always based on a hexagon), which are condensed vertically creating characteristic groups looking like quartz crystals. The experiments showed that improper information written in water can be deleted using carefully selected parameters of ultrasounds, infrared, lasers or appropriate frequency of magnetic fields.

Such state can be achieved using the equipment that with the laws of nature restore the original structure of water. Those devices work based on a resonance – they renew water changing the polarity from positive to negative. They cause the growth of the oxygen dissolved in water, they intensify the reduction processes and profitably change the value of the pH coefficient.

As a result the cleansed and then nourished water from the network regain the properties of the spring water. In order to avoid the negative influence of the environment each person should drink about 0,3l/10kg of body weight of the high-grade energetically water. The perfect effects can be achieved also thanks to a shower and bath because the contact of the structural water with the skin enables transporting energy increasing the potential on the cell membranes.

The results of the researches conducted at universities are surprising, e.g. when taking a bath in a bathtub filled with normal water, the amount of toxins in the water diminishes – it means that we absorb them by skin, however when we bathe in water of the regained structure, there are more toxins in water because we release them from our bodies.

Similarly, the comparative analysis of the meridian using the bioresonance in the human body after drinking vitalized water indicated strong improvement of the functional status, after drinking the distilled water it decreased.

The results confirm that under the influence of the animated water there is a strong improvement of body functioning. By drinking the structural water regularly, we give the organism energy and nutrients, we supply cells, keep the acid-base equilibrium, we improve the enzyme functioning, regain the thermal balance of the body, increase removal of toxins. As a result we rebuild our immunity.

The experience showed support for treating skin diseases (e.g. psoriasis, mycosis, eczema, allergies…), acceleration of the wound healing process, improvement of digestive system work, intensification of the metabolic processes, regulation of glucose level and blood pressure, reducing symptoms of many civilization diseases with the improvement of the balance of the mental and physical condition.

Even if the importance of form, beauty and relaxation is known for centuries, in no other time in the history there was such a big need to improve the comfort of life and mood. The increased isolation from the natural environment, intensive work, faster pace of living must be balanced with an effective relaxation and a conscious rest. The fashion of wellness is a return to treating the organism in the holistic way.

Already 600 years ago the Belgian village Spa near the Ardennes sold the healing water using the sanus per aquam slogan (SPA) – the water thanks to water, underlining that water is a medicine and the best cosmetic.

The newest SPA of the 21st century are the facilities where the complex of well synchronized treatments can change our welfare completely after few days of rejuvenating the soul, bringing back the internal balance and vital energy. It is difficult to imagine such place without a high-energy water with miraculous therapeutic and cosmetic properties.

In the stationary and daily facilities, especially those that do not have the water sources, the vitalizing of the water is necessary because only then we can fully achieve the desired effects. Very quickly this water can give us strength, enable detoxification, improve the lymph circulation, increase the organism oxidation, diminish the symptoms of skin irritation and allergies. As a result it stimulates bioenergetically the hole body strengthening the influence of different therapies and natural treatments bringing the homeostasis state back. What is also interesting, it reduces the demand for soaps, shampoos and enhance the absorption of creams and balms with reduced usage.

Many years of studies prove that vitalizing the water in the pools enhances its cleansing by 50-70%, improves the oxygen transport, eliminates the anaerobic processes, enhances the decomposition of organic matter and intensifies the mineralization processes. It efficiently eliminates the chlorine from water, decreases its aggressiveness, does not permit development of bacteria, algae and fungi. The water  protected in this way lets limit the usage of at least 50% of cleaners and substances preserving water.

The devices restoring the water structure using the sophisticated natural laws cause not only the decrease of using the chemical substances in all the cleansing processes, but also they eliminate the calcium and rust deposits in the water pipes, heating and cooling devices. However the change of air ionization and limitation of the microflora in the air conditioning removes and prevents the unpleasant scents. The operational cost of the SPA facilities are diminished by 50% while using the “revitalized water”.

We eat more and more rubbish. Interview with biologist and nutritionist Grazyna Pajak PhD

In shops there’s plenty of food filled with chemical substances, some of which are even hard to pronounce. Do we know what we eat ? Do we realize which ingredients can be harmful ? About the influence of proper diet on our health and why we should avoid processed food we talk to a biologist and dietician dr Grażyna Pająk.

Joanna Szubierajska: Apparently we eat about 2 kg of chemical substances a year. In which products there is the most of it ?

Dr Grażyna Pająk: 2 kg of chemical substances was eaten in the 90s, at the moment the food available on market supplies us with around 7 to 9 kg of those substances yearly. The highest amount of chemical additives is in all the products that are maximally processed, highly efficient, coloured and with a long expiration date. Only 100 years ago we had a selection of about 500 food products, currently we have around 50 thousand, but the modern food rarely meets the needs of our bodies. We eat more and more rubbish, less and less nourishment.

 

9 kilograms is a lot. So how does our body react to those processed nutrients ?

It rebels. At first we don’t feel well, we don’t have energy, we are irritated, we have sleeping problems and we are chronically tired. Our immunity decreases. With time we have more symptoms – allergies, intolerance and different kinds of health problems, it is a call for help. Mostly we ignore the signals sent by our organism or we try to suppress it with pills for every disease until we are seriously ill.

 

The institutions that introduce food on market try to convince us that processed food is safe and healthy, meets specific norms, so it isn’t harmful ?

In mass food production the controls are necessity. There is a number of norms and provisions thanks to which the processed food can go to shops. However it does not mean that our body can always accept them. For centuries a man used to acquire, cultivate and grow natural food. Then we supplied our bodies with all the essential nutrients that built our cells. Currently we eat products and their names, not the nutrients. A lot of them contain substances that are foreign to our organism. In the products we eat the TRANS fatty acids, massive amounts of sugar and the omnipresent GLUTEN. Those products are destructive to us; only 100 years ago they were not present in our diet, today they are common and compliant to norms, so often treated as a normal food.

 

So that’s why it is said that the obese people are undernourished ?

Currently obesity is mostly a result of a body malnutrition, but also of overworking, tiredness, excess of empty calories, pesticides, GMO and electromagnetic smog. Paradoxically more people die from civilization diseases than hunger. We try to lose weight, we limit the number of calories or use fashionable diets and we maintain the weight for a short time, then we are trapped by the yo-yo effect. As a result we weaken the muscle tissue and the fatty tissue becomes thicker. The proper weight-losing program should remove toxins from the body, complement the deficiencies, improve the metabolic processes eliminating the excess of fatty tissue and strengthening the healthy tissues. Such system lets maintain a beautiful silhouette, good condition and immunity without the yo-yo effect. 

 

What about the storage of food and preparing meals – does it even matter ?

Yes. The base of healthy meals is the presence of enzymes that are sensitive to processing and improper storage. For example, in fridge we shouldn’t store food in plastic bags, it is better to put it into a glass or ceramic bowl and cover it with a sling film. We need to remember that we shouldn’t cook fruit and vegetables for a long time and put them into metal pots. A better option are the enameled and glass vessels. Let’s remember that for a thermal treatment the best are fire, food steamer, devices using the halogen light, convection and electric ovens.

 

What about the food prepared in the microwave oven ?

For years it is known that a microwave oven is harmful. Already in the 60s the Russian conducted a detailed research showing that food from a microwave oven in simply dead. Within seconds in the heated food we destroy all enzymes and biologically active compounds. Instead, we create a lot of free radicals and processed chemical compounds. In order to digest the dead food, the body needs to use its own enzymes and energy. As a result, instead of getting energy from food, we take it away of the organism in order to digest what we ate.

 

„Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” convinced Hippocrates. Can we really regain health and well-being by diet ?

 

Of course. Hippocrates also said that: „we will never understand what is a disease until we don’t know what is food”. From the biological point of view nutrition is supplying the body in all essential nutrients, from plants and animals, that each our body cell needs in order to live, work, regenerate and breed. Our body is built of 80 to 100 trillion of such living bricks. During one day we change around 2,5 billion cells in a body. With a proper nutrition we are able to clean the body, regenerate it and nourish. Then we function completely differently using the potential of a human body. A proper lifestyle and a properly adjusted diet can work “miracles” in case of diseases.

 

Can the cleansing therapies work “miracles” as well ?

Purifying the body of toxins and deposits is essential, especially in the 21st century when we are bombed with harmful chemical substances from all angles. Unfortunately there is no one wonderful diet for everyone. The way of cleansing should be adjusted individually depending on the problems we have. A safe way to relieve the body is a one-day starvation diet or mono diet consisted of seasonal fruit and vegetables. For many years I have been adjusting diets for my patients. The positive effects of a well conducted cleansing therapy still surprises me and my patients.

 

What diet should we use if we don’t want to go to the dietician, but we still care about our health ?

A proper diet should supply us with all the essential nutrients in the most natural form. Additionally, we should select the proportions of ingredients according to our metabolism type that we can determine indicatively by a test. Let’s eat 5-6 meals a day. By limiting gluten, sugar and trans fatty acids, soya, corn and all the maximally processed products, we can create a way of nutrition that will be safe for our body. The diet should include groats and their derivatives (flour, flakes), vegetables, legumes, fruit, ecological fish and meat, free range eggs, organic fermented dairy, real butter without plant additives, clarified butter, olive oil, flaxseed oil and rice oil. Let’s eat a lot of almonds, walnuts, sunflower, pumpkin, flaxseed, nigella, herbs. We should remember about supplying ourselves with a big amount of water – clean and revived.

Nowadays in the developed countries more than 50% of society has problems with excessive fat tissue. Every tenth Polish man is obese and almost 30% of women and 50% of men are overweight. The overweight and obesity are a serious problem for many people of all ages. In the past it was associated with wealth and prosperity, today they are treated as the lack of character, gluttony, indolence and a basis of many diseases. Despite the aesthetics itself we know that the overweight gradually leads to obesity, helps creating many chronic diseases increasing the risk of, e.g.:

  • Cardiovascular diseases (coronary artery disease, hypertension, vascular failure)
  • Diabetes
  • Kidneys dysfunctions
  • Digestive, respiratory, nervous system dysfunctions
  • Rheumatologic diseases, especially concerning the joints of the lower limbs
  • Immune system dysfunctions
  • Cancers

The modern civilization promotes an ideal of a slim, healthy, fit man, but this very civilization has created a large number of temptations and obstacles that make it difficult to reach this ideal. The high standard of living, unlimited access to food and technological development made us free from any form of physical activity. The quantity of food products that we have at our disposal is increased from the average of 500 to 50000 and the consumed energy decreased by 25%. At the beginning of the 20th century the natural complex carbohydrates constituted over 50% of the consumed caloric value. Today this share fell to 20%, however the consumption of fat doubled and the consumption of sugar increased by 240%.

The impairment of balance of the organic and mineral components caused the disturbance of all the biological processes in the environment. The lack of balance in the soil decreased the quality of plants and disrupted the balance of nutrients in plants which became a less valuable food for people and animals.

The modern technologies let us process the food, what as a result deprived it of the rest of valuable vitamins and minerals. By isolating particular nutrients, adding dozens of different chemical compounds in form of cultivators, colorants, odours, preservatives, we produce the modern food in a completely different form that the nature did. In 1985 the food committee working for World Health Organization (WHO) has set the average nutrition norms for the highly developed countries, but already in 1991 it turned out that e.g. because of the processing of food it lacks about 40% of vitamins, micro- and macroelements as well as fiber. An average man compensates it usually with an additional portion of food in order to get rid of the quality hunger. He gets fat, disrupts the balance of components in the organism and ruins the cells. He is completely lost in all the rules of healthy eating. We got used to comfort, we began to eat the beautiful, colorful, artificial and less healthy food.

In our menu we can find too many over processed food, artificial preservatives and colorants, canned meals or those prepared and warmed in the microwave ovens.

Let’s remember:

  • a diet used during the weight loss cannot be a one stand torture that we end feeling relieved
  • a correct diet must lead to balance in the organism, further change of habits and it must become a nutrition model for future

 

the process of the permanent weight loss without effort is possible only when:

  • we believe in ourselves
  • we learn to reduce stress
  • we stop counting calories obsessively and trying to lose weight
  • instead we learn to eat rationally, to compose meals efficiently
  • we improve the functioning of intestines and fill in the necessary nutrients

 

We eat too much meat, white bread, sweets, sugar, salt, fat. We eat food that is incorrectly balanced when it comes to quality and quantity, we eat it irregularly, consuming it also between the meals. Instead of clean water and natural juices we drink too much fizzy drinks without any nutritive values, but with a great quantity of sugar, chemical flavors and fragrance additions as well as preservatives.

According to the most recent researches, the obesity is a disease connected to the qualitative malnutrition of the body. It is mostly a problem of metabolic processes than an excess of calories. The metabolic disorders may be caused by a long period of improper nutrition, using some medicines or different weight loss diets.

Most often the overweight is a result of many years of improper eating. More often we go on diet the more problems it brings. The “wonderful” diets are only momentary, but do not promote the balance in the body. On the contrary, usually they disrupt it and make the metabolic processes even slower. A diet limiting a quantity of energy (e.g. up to 1000 kcal) also is not beneficial because – with current poor quality of food – we are not able to complement all the ingredients.

At the time of each starvation diet the metabolic process slows down from 15 to 30%. This phenomenon is caused by decreasing of the muscle mass, in which the processes of burning carbohydrates and fats takes place, and decreasing of the efficiency of the thyroid hormones that are responsible for the regulation of metabolism.

When after finishing each treatment we go back to our own nutritional habits, the weight is increased above the original state. Another diet begins when the fat tissue is more thicker and the metabolic process is lower. We come across a vicious circle – at each new trial the starting conditions are harder, the impoverishment and weight are higher. At the same time the key issue of weight loss is not to lose kilograms, but to maintain a new weight for a long time. A well set program will never be a starvation diet. Despite the reduction of calories, we can supply the body with all the necessary nutrients that are necessary for a proper development and functioning of all the cells.

By unlocking the absorption mechanism we make the whole body more effective, we feel and look better and the weight control seems easier.

To determine the level of overweight we commonly use the so-called BMI index (Body Mass Index) – we divide the number of kilograms by the height measured in metres and then we square it. For example: the BMI index of a person who is 170 cm tall and weighs 80 kg is: BMI = 80 : (1,7)2 = 27, 68 kg/m2/

Nutrition and civilization diseases

Atherosclerosis

It is a chronic disease in which the cholesterol is stored in the blood vessels. In time it leads to tightening of the vessels that cause the painful asthma, heart attacks, hypertension or a stroke. Today more and more young people may suffer from this condition.

The cause of circulatory diseases is often an improper way of nutrition full of all the refined carbohydrates (white bread, rolls, sweets, sugar, starch, pasta, etc.), animal fats (fatty red meat, ducks, geese, sausage, pate, offal, canned meat), cheese and powdered milk containing the saturated fatty acid and the oxidized cholesterol. The well known Polish dishes and fast food snacks full of preservatives, colorants and chemical compounds systematically disrupt the balance of microelements and cause the deficiency of vitamins of B group (B6, B12, folic acid). This is the reason why the atherosclerosis is a civilization disease that happens mostly to people with bad eating habits. Those people usually have a chronic deficiency of vitamins from group B which causes the improper biochemical change of homocysteine. The real medical power is in the plant dishes.

A lot of green leaved vegetables, tomatoes, carrots, beetroots, legumes, melons, pumpkins, grapes, red and yellow fruit provide our body with valuable vitamins, mineral salt and compounds biologically active that prevent us from heart diseases. Enriching the menu with nuts, almonds, groat, dark rice, brown bread increases the quantity of those compounds that accelerate the regeneration of the body. However complementing the diet in B6, B12 vitamins and folic acid does not let raising the homocysteine level in blood which effectively protect us from damaging the surface of the blood vessels.

For human health important is not only the quantity and quality of the fat but also the proportion of certain types of eaten fatty acids. A diet composed of the modern highly processed food available on market does not provide us with the Omega-3 acids, but plenty of Omega-6. This state causes the increase of inflammations inside a body and regular weakening of the immune system. A diet should include sea fish that are a good source of necessary Unsaturated Fatty Acids Omega-3 that protect us from heart diseases. The well known source of Omega-3 and other nutrients is flaxseed. Apart from the unsaturated acids from Omega-3 and Omega-6 groups it is a good source of lignans, natural antioxidants of the fito estrogen class that are a part of the seeds in the cell membranes. According to the newest researches the proportion of Omega-3 and Omega-6 acids in the cold-pressed flaxseed oil is 2,5:1 and is in the range from 4:1 and 1:1. The research showed also that the lignans have strong anticancer properties.

Rheumatism

Every third person has problems with joint, bones, arthritis, gout (podagra) or back pain. All those diseases are caused, e.g. by the excess of uric acid in body. In the period of food deficiency after 2nd World War there were not many of them. In the animal world only the organisms of people and monkeys cannot decompose the uric acid. However only humans, by achieving the wealth, make many nutritional mistakes. We love to eat – we eat large amounts of animal proteins, fats and sugar. Eating too much of those can cause their storage in the body in minimal amounts, but regularly creating many disorders over the years.

High-protein diet causes the gradual increase of purine bodies in blood. People prone to arthritis or gout shouldn’t eat more than 1 g of proteins for a kilogram of the body mass. Cooking meat causes partial rinsing of the purins into water, that is why in a given meal we can eat either the brew or meat, not both at the same time.

The plant products that we should avoid include: legumes (bean, peas), asparagus, spinach, lentils, champignons and boletus. A lot of purines is also in the beer, beer yeast and yeast flakes. However the alcoholic beverages successfully inhibit the production of urine acid by kidneys. It is also worth to avoid sweets with refined sugar, it is not hard to understand why after parties with a lot of food – big amounts of proteins, fat, sugar and alcohol, we often suffer from different inflammations, colic, another arthritis attack or the gout.

People prone to podagra and strong rheumatic pains should avoid not only the high-protein and high-fat diet, but also the long-term starvation diets and intensive weight loss diets with a fast process of fat burning. The fast increase of products of metabolic processes are again inhibited by the removal of uric acid from the body.

Osteoporosis

It concerns about 10% of the population in the Western countries. In our country, according to the data from 1996, the statistics is higher by 50%. The reasons can be found in the environment pollution, lifestyle (alcohol, cigarettes, lack of physical activity) and in the incorrect diet of the Polish people.

The “escape” of calcium with urine is caused by many factors connected to the way of nutrition and lifestyle. One of the main reasons is excessive eating of high-protein animal products and purified carbohydrates. The acidification of the organism caused by the excessive consumption of sugar and proteins accelerates the functioning of kidneys and may remove the calcium with urine. The scientific researches from the last years show that in this situation the calcium balance is negative because of the amount of the delivered calcium.

The natural level of calcium is disrupted also by phosphorus compounds. Phosphates may produce hormones of thyroid that activate the calcium supply from bones. At the same time the phosphates present in many food products bond water in cold meats, thanks to which they look better, it improves the consistence of cheese and melted cheese, they leaven the pastry, “enrich” snacks and puddings, complement the instant coffee, fizzy drinks, etc. Especially harmful is the orthophosphate acid in the fizzy drinks. Children and teenagers who drink it may develop an abnormal bone structure with lower density. The researches show that 0,3 l of coke (one can!) drunk during one day by a 10-year old blocks completely the absorption of calcium and magnesium. Additionally it accelerates development of plague, acidify the body, irritates the stomach mucosa, causes heartburn, bloat, erosion.

Menopause

Menopause, despite the fact that it is a physiological period of a woman’s life, for the reason  of many changes happening inside the body is a reason of bad mood and accompanying diseases, is controversial and we are often afraid of it. Most often these include the hormonal disproportions, disorders and many diseases. They include the metabolic disorders, central obesity, diabetes, hypertension, high level of cholesterol, osteoporosis, thyroid diseases, circulatory diseases or degenerative-inflammatory diseases.

Currently 1/3 of the woman’s life on average is a period of menopause. The knowledge of proper methods of alleviating the symptoms and ways of early prevention of diseases and overweight is a base of good health. The individually set complex action plan, including diet, relaxation and proper prophylactics, gives good effects until the old age. The most effective therapies used in the menopause period is a natural hormonal therapy (bioidentical hormones – NHT), natural supplementation (herbal – plantal, antioxidants, vitamins, microelements) and, of course, properly adjusted diet enriched in the flaxseed oil.
